Agreeing to these terms
By using the Still Strong website or app you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Billing Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Still Strong.
Who can use Still Strong
You must be at least 18 and live in the United States.
Wellness guidance, not medical advice
Still Strong gives general fitness and nutrition guidance. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Talk to your doctor before starting a new exercise or eating plan, especially if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, have a health condition, or take medication. Stop exercising and get help if you feel pain, faintness, dizziness or shortness of breath. Results vary from person to person.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep your email account secure; you are responsible for activity on your Still Strong account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
Subscriptions
Full access is sold as an automatically renewing subscription, described in our Billing Terms. Subscriptions bought through Apple's App Store are also governed by Apple's terms.
Using Still Strong fairly
Do not copy, resell, scrape or redistribute our workouts, videos, recipes or plans; do not reverse engineer or interfere with the service; and do not use it for anything unlawful.
Our content
We and our licensors own Still Strong, including its workouts, videos, recipes and software. While you follow these Terms we give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own, non-commercial purposes.
Changes
We may change or stop features. If we make a material change to these Terms we will tell you before it takes effect; continuing to use Still Strong after that means you accept the change.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and delete your account in the app (Profile, then Delete account). We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
Disclaimers and limits
To the extent the law allows, Still Strong is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be limited.
Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [GOVERNING STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
