Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
This policy supplements our Privacy Policy and covers "consumer health data" as defined by Washington's My Health My Data Act and similar state laws.
What we collect
Answers you give in the quiz (age, height, weight, goals, life stage such as perimenopause or menopause, symptoms, pregnancy or breastfeeding, health conditions or physical limits, sleep and diet) and what you log in the app (weight, food, water, steps, workouts and check-ins).
Where it comes from
From you, and, if you allow it, step counts from your phone's motion sensor.
Why we collect it
To build and adjust your plan, show your progress, back up your data to your account, answer support requests, and measure our advertising (see "Who we share it with").
Who we share it with
The service providers that host and run Still Strong for us, and only so they can do that work: Supabase (hosting and database), RevenueCat and Stripe (subscriptions and payments), Cloudflare (website hosting), our email provider (sign-in codes and account emails), and YMove (exercise videos and food data; it receives the video or food you ask for, not your identity).
Our website also uses the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. When you leave your email address after the quiz, start checkout or make a purchase, it tells Meta that this happened, together with your email address, hashed (scrambled) in your browser, an internal account ID and, for a purchase, the amount and which subscription you bought. Because Still Strong is about fitness during menopause, that event may itself suggest an interest in a health topic. The Pixel never sends your quiz answers, your fitness plan or what you log in the app. We do not sell consumer health data.
Your rights
You can ask to see the consumer health data we hold and the list of companies we shared it with, withdraw consent, and have it deleted (you can also delete your account in the app). Email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. If we decline a request you can appeal by replying with the subject "Appeal"; if the appeal is denied, Washington residents may contact the Washington State Attorney General.
