Plans
Still Strong is sold as an automatically renewing subscription. Before you pay, the price page shows what you pay today, the regular price, how often it renews and the date the regular price starts.
Introductory prices
Some plans start with a lower introductory price for a first period. After it, the plan renews at its regular price for each period until you cancel.
Automatic renewal
By buying a plan you authorize us, through our payment providers RevenueCat and Stripe, to charge your payment method at purchase and at the start of each renewal period, at the price shown when you bought, until you cancel. We email a receipt for every charge.
How to cancel
Cancel any time using the link to manage your subscription in any receipt email, or email [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If you subscribed through Apple's App Store, cancel in your iPhone's Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
Deleting your Still Strong account does not cancel a subscription bought on our website. Cancel it first, using the link in your receipt email or the link above.
Refunds
Payments are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If something went wrong with a charge, contact us within 14 days and we will look into it. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple.
Price changes
We will email you before a price change takes effect. It applies from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails we may retry it for a short period and keep your access meanwhile; if it still fails, access ends.
