Who we are

What we collect
- Your email address, to create your account, send sign-in codes and receipts, and email you about your plan.
- Your quiz answers and plan: goals, age, height, weight, activity, sleep, diet, life stage (such as perimenopause), symptoms and any health conditions or limits you tell us about. Some of this is health information; our Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy explains how we treat it.
- What you log in the app: workouts, food, water, steps, weight and check-ins.
- Purchases: the plan you bought, its dates and status. Card details are handled by our payment providers (Stripe, through RevenueCat, or Apple); we never see your full card number.
- Device and visit information: device and browser type, IP address, pages visited, and the ad campaign that brought you (campaign tags and Meta's click identifier).
How we use it
To build and adjust your plan; to run your account and subscription; to back up your data; to answer support requests; to email you about your plan and account (you can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time); to measure our advertising; and to keep Still Strong secure and meet legal obligations.
Advertising measurement
Our landing page, email step and checkout page use the Meta Pixel. It tells Meta that someone viewed the landing page, left an email address, started checkout or made a purchase, with the purchase amount. To match these events to Meta's own users, the Pixel also sends your email address, hashed (scrambled) in your browser before it leaves it, and an internal account ID. The Pixel sends only these four events and never your quiz answers, your fitness plan or what you log in the app. Because Still Strong is about fitness during menopause, the fact that you left your email address or bought a plan may itself suggest an interest in a health topic. You can limit ad tracking in your browser settings and in Meta's ad preferences.
Who we share it with
Service providers that run Still Strong for us, under contracts that limit their use of it: Supabase (hosting and database), RevenueCat and Stripe (subscriptions and payments), Apple (App Store purchases), Cloudflare (website hosting), our email provider (sign-in codes and emails), and YMove (exercise videos and food data, which receives the video or food you ask for, not your identity). We also share the advertising events described above with Meta. Our landing page loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address and browser details when the page loads. We may also disclose information when the law requires it, or as part of a sale or merger of our business. We do not sell your personal information or your health information.
How long we keep it
While your account is open. When you delete your account in the app, we delete your account data; we keep purchase records only as long as tax and accounting rules require.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, download or delete your information by emailing [SUPPORT EMAIL]. Depending on your state you may have further rights; we will not treat you differently for using them.
Children
Still Strong is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Security
We protect your information with encryption in transit, access controls and secure hosting. No system is perfectly secure.
Changes
We will post changes here and tell you about material ones before they take effect.
